Taylor Made Burner Driver Review Part 2
I got a chance to finally take the Burner driver out for a spin. It was a wonderful day (as you can see in the review video). The birds were chirping and I was looking to rock the socks off of the driving range when I got there!! I get to the driving range and I was barely able to walk up to the tee since I was having foot problems the night before. No worries, my trusty brother was there to take on the hitting portion of the review and he has a phenomenal drive and I thought it would be a good idea to get a second opinion on the club. He took the reigns and let me tell you, the Burner driver performed spectacularly! It was extremely fast on the down swing (more than I had expected) and he had to adjust his driving stance a bit because the driver was larger than he was used to. However, even with the larger head, it still managed to hit exceptional speeds (faster than his previous smaller driver) and he was able to rock it out past the third pylon on the range (which is roughly 250 yards from tee). I had a wonderful time out on the tee and I did manage to hobble and hit a few out there. The interesting part about the club is that, as light as it is, you would think that the club would have a huge feedback when you hit the ball. I was very surprised that the club or shaft did not rattle at all. It was amazing hitting the ball with no feedback to the hands whatsoever. It tells me the build quality is exceptional. I fell in love with it and I think that I will be rocking it out next time I’m at the links. Thank you again to The World Of Golf for giving me the opportunity to review this fantastic club!
