New fitness website

I recently stumbled across a website called my fitness pal.  What an awesome website! Its completely free and has a free newsletter with memberships. They even include a calorie counter, diet journal, and calorie chart when you sign up.  I am actually a large man and even though I lift quiet a bit, I still have the handles of love.  They have all kinds of information that I found useful and will eventually use to help with my diet needs.  They have quiet a bit about specific foods that are beneficial as well.  The tracker and chart are simple to use and can be used when you even go out to eat.
