Uniform Acceptance?
Is there uniform acceptance among certain things in society? Do we act a certain way because we are told that it is the way we should act versus being understanding of certain things in life? Are we programmed to know that violence is wrong? I think that we do indeed have certain basic understandings of what is right or wrong. I think that we would know that, as a general rule, that racism doesn’t make sense. I can correlate this with children and how they do not tend to racially profile each other. Children do not say “I wont talk to him or her because of his ethnicity”. Therefore, my guess would be that we have certain basic underlying principles that can be askew through society. Maybe something that we do in society doesn’t fit in the norm of what should be and we should think about that.
