Staying Healthy
There is a recent epidemic in the US that it is now “okay” to go to fast food places as long as you purchase healthy food. Unfortunately, the health food craze has been somewhat diluted due to the types of food that are masked as healthy. Prime example is a Jamba juice. Many people think its a healthy drink. Surprise, surprise you should check the calorie content of each drink. It should be, at the least, considered a meal replacement shake only and not something you should pick up after you have gotten something to eat. Keep that in mind and be mindful of what you put into your body. You will be surprised how much it affects your mood and your generally state of happiness throughout the day.
