Racism
There is very little talk nowadays about racism. Primarily because many people feel that it needs to be swept under the rug to essentially “forget it”. It is true that in the last 15 years it has done down tremendously but there are also issues where other factors can be an immediate concern for racism but because those issues are kept in the background, they are not addressed. One problem that I have seen is job related racism. Surprisingly, it still is very prevalent and can cause many people to feel vulnerable because it is swept under the rug so it is hard to find people to help address it.
