It is a great way to develop your sense of self satisfaction.  How so?  By making sure that you are able to develop yourself before you can find someone to enhance yourself.  Why is it such a big deal for us to be individualized first before becoming over emphasizing others and complex relationships.  Keep your ideals, keep simple, and develop yourself.  Everything else will fall into place as it should.
