Connecting on a Personal Level
I think we start to develop a bias towards individuals when we do not have information (personal specifically) and we tend to hover over certain assumptions based on previous experiences. Granted, our minds and our understand works in that manner. We have been like that since birth to identify things with something you have had experience with. This is why it is important to go beyond that and individualize people as they should be. Realizing that, you will be quiet a bit less stressed and will realize the necessity for individualizing situations. Personalizing your thoughts can always develop relationships that you never knew you had and even more so, update your personal experience about certain people.
