Staying Positive
To continue on my positive reinforcement I wanted to explain how it works and why doesn’t hurt anyone but yourself. Lets start with the latter, worrying does not do anything to help you…period. Some think that by worrying about it you end up solving the problem but all it does is cause more problems. Think about it. When did worrying solve anything? So, instead of worrying you should take a proactive approach to help solve your problem. Sometimes, there are things that are out of your control and in those instances, you should try to be proactive as much as possible without having to risk your health. Your health is immensely valuable and worrying can cause other functional issues which will help nobody at the end. I will start part two of positive reinforcement soon.
