Self Healing

Self healing starts with positive thinking.  I have talked about how time and time again positive thinking will help you develop a positive self conscious and overall develop your relationships with others.  However, you may read that the same type of thinking is false or even unfulfilled.  I can tell you that is not true.  It is not, however, made to “cure a specific disease” but it will overall help you feel good which is probably as good if not better than what you are feeling now, right?  People tell me they don’t feel good but they don’t have positive thinking.  You are what you think.  This also relates to how you eat which we will discuss soon.
