There are many places where you will read how healthy living is…not surprisingly…good for you. However, many places fail to mention that it also makes you feel good to be healthy. I have been on a trend and I have worked out every other day for the last three months since I have been going back to power lifting. Fortunately, I have the muscle memory to continue and increase my lifting but I have to admit, since going back, I realized that I missed it all that much. The simple rush of endorphins is more than enough to make you feel like your a million bucks. Not to mention that it helps you with your personal and sex life and can drastically increase your self esteem. Work out, be safe, and make sure that you are helping others by helping yourself.
