Kicking Around the Bill of Rights: Fourth Amendment

Gross. I feel sick that we have reduced ourselves to such a disturbing bill that allows the trampling of the fourth amendment rights. The ACLU was the few organizations that vehemently opposes the bill! Id like to know WHY Barack voted for it. I know that he tried to strip the immunity from the bill but still to vote for it is uncalled for. I am just disgusted.

Update: Second Amendment Right To Bear Arms

It looks like the supreme court ruling today allows the public to a right to bear arms. The biggest difference between now and previously is that gun rights related directly to a military or militia are more relaxed and personal gun rights now exist. You now have the right to carry and bear arms for personal safety uses. Whats the good word? What do you guys think? The ruling was a close 5-4 ruling by the supreme court.

Memory 4 Laptops

I love laptops. I even love it when I get to fix them. One of my good friends was in a predicment where he needed a new laptop and I told him that he should let me look at it first. I did some reserach on it and I found that all it needed was some more memory. Sure, its a bit old but it just was worse becuase it only had 512 megs. I upgraded it to 2 gigs where I found aweome prices for laptop memory and he was good to go!

I know. I thought I would never say it. I am a bit shocked myself. I cried a few times before I could write it down and I even poked myself to see if I was awake. Why do I applaud him this one day in the last 8 years (1 day out of 8 years aint bad…okay its bad but he doesn’t care about the numbers). But! He did tell congress that we need to give 750 million to the poor of the world and thats not bad. I find it refreshing that he got on top of it as fast as he did. So thank you….This will probably be my last time to say it lol.

I Need A Machine

I need a machine…specifically, I need an exercise machine that I can use on a regular basis to alievate some of the medical and health issues I have been having. I looked at a few different machines but I think the standard or staple is a treadmill. The other problem is I have no idea which type or company to get. I hear all kinds of stories but I never hear anything bad from a Nordic Track.

Redirect yourself to be complimentary to development of a simple life and you will find that it is easy to do. one of my good friends was asking me about custom packages that he could send out which would provide the world with his company name and logo as soon as they saw the package. He wanted a unique solution from start to delivery and wanted to be able to ensure that others knew they had a package coming from his company. I told him he should try a organization that specializes in moving boxes for businesses. He will do so and report back to me.

I have done my research and I have come to the conclusion that I support Barack. I feel that he is a great person, a leader, and can show the other parts of the world that we have alienated in the last few years that we are not a racist and bigoted country as we may show sometimes. Lets be honest, we seem to be the only country in the world that doesn’t have a black or woman president yet and we continue to push equality. Lets start at home first and get Barack elected.

My Nephew Birthday Part 2

So my first idea was squished because it is difficult to put any swing set in the back of my sisters home so I decided to go for the next best thing. What do kids enjoy more than swimming? Nothing! So I am going to pick him up some pool toys that he can use when he goes out to the pool (which is a lot when you live in a summer infested location). I hope he likes them. They are so much cooler than the things I grew up with..pppfff floaties.

Grand Thieft Auto Anticipation

With the anticipation of the GTA series, we have to look at first how violence has affected our country in the last few years. With nonsensical killings in colleges to our current war fiasco, it makes me think if we were better off as a country, we would actually reduce our war machine and get back to loving our neighbors. Now I dont denounce the game becuase I think its a GREAT avenue to let loose some pent up rage. So, Mr. Bush, go buy GTA 4 and bring our troops back.
