Here we are stuck again with the great choices we have as candidate for the GOP. I am so unhappy to see that Ron Paul did not make it in . He is one of the best men for the job and has always been passed over. This should let the GOP know to get the best guy and that is Ron Paul. If you question why look at his history for what he stands and then you will know.

Watching The Dow

This is serious to the economy when the Dow has been rising and dipping in unimaginable ways. This hopefully will resolve itself very soon by the fluctuating response to the S&P downgrade. This will need to be addressed by the President to show that the economy has the focus to resolve the situation. The first thing that we will need to do is to put people to work, so people can spend and be able to spend to help the economy.

John Boehner Not Happy With His Bill

John Boehner pulled his debt bill last minute. He must have been not as happy as previously since many in his own party were staying clear and were not willing to support this debt bill. There are the voices of the American people that are not being heard and politicians will have to listen if the tax on the rich is not added the people will not be happy. If the tax loop holes are not dealt with the people will not be happy. Do the right thing not what you may think is right.

GOP And Boehner Not Helping The Country

I don’t why Boehner and the GOP will not try to work with the President to help get us out of this mess that the government put the tax payers in the first place. He sits there not wanting to raise taxes on the rich well he is rich and his whole family is rich , obviously he does not want to do that. This shows the partisan bickering will always be around even when dire times are to be seen. When people have their hand in the cookie jar and try not be seen when your looking right them.These are sad day’s for America.

Super Congress For Debt Ceiling

I do not see the point to create a super congress. Unfortunately even the congress we have , has not helped raise the debt limit or any other way. This is what we are creating which is just more red tape and more intolerance between the 2 parties. I would like to see our government behave as individuals that are their working for the citizens of this country rather than the corporate lobbyist.

Subpoenas For News Corp

Their were subpoenas sent to News Corp about the 911 victims phone hacking that went on while the country was at mourning. This is a very shameful act ethically and morally for a news organization to commit and it will be seen if they did have anything to do with this as the public and the world wait and see.

Murdoch’s wife saved him by attacking a man that rushed towards hum in the hearing. The man was subdued and arrested. The shocking part was Murdoch’s wife was sitting behind him had the reach to get the man as he rushed at Murdoch. Is there anything else that can go wrong in his life.

Murdoch is working with authorities in his sorted affair. It looks like the investigation will get deeper till we know more. He is the only person that will need to apologize to the world for the tactics used in promoting his brand of news such as fox news that is always a slight spun around once or twice. It is a shame that you can loose your way when trying to do a civil service to society by reporting the news.

Independent voters could be the answer that President Obama is looking for in 2012. Because the GOP is giving Obama a hard time with the raising of the debt and this say’s a lot to the voters watching on TV. It shows Obama will put politics aside for the benefit of the country and its citizens , but the GOP are still attached to the notion that we wont raise the debt, we wont let the rich pay more in income tax, and we will leave it on the heads of the lower and middle class. While the rich make more in a down economy than they do in a great economic cycle.

When we are in such a bind with the debt. Why is it the rich will not give up their tax breaks that were written in the bush era and are still riding on the coattails. This is hard to see that they that make the most do want want to help their own country. These laws need to affect them as hard as they affect the middle class. After all they can build other corporations if they loose a little money. The middle class if they loose a job they can go hungry, and homeless in an instant. Great plan George.
