We have heard those words every since we were children. So what does that mean? In specific terms, it means to take care of one self. This can be ensured by properly maintaining ones body weight, ones mind, and ones spirituality. After all, it seems as though all three of those need to be in functioning order in order for us to survive. It is the basics that enrich our lives or can ruin us.

Saving And Spirituality

A few of my friends would tell me I am crazy to write this but I believe that saving and spirituality go hand in hand. Here is my reasoning: lets say you save some money on a product. What will you do with your “saved” money. You can always use it for the good to help others. I think that anything that you can save and therefore use for good provides two solutions: your product and your ability to help someone or something. Think it over and let me know what you think.

Mailbox Importance

It is so important to ensure that your mailbox can provide the person who is coming to your house with your aura. What i mean by that is have a mailbox that says you. Show your friends your mailboxes and choices and see if they can feel that it is yours immediately. You will then know that a mailbox suits you and it can be a great part of energy level of your house primarily because it can be used on the outside as residential mailboxes. If you have a business, it is also imperative that you have your commercial mailboxes say how your business relates to the customer. If you have a business with great ethic or customer service, you should have a mail box that feels as such. I was looking for a few, check out the ones that I have picked below. I think many of my friends would say “yes, that is you”.

Drug concerns is a real danger in the current society that we live in. I think that I don’t have to explain how many people use drugs. Unfortunately, the line between usage and abuse is very thin and many people can cross the mark without realizing it. It is a concern for anyone and if someone has a family member who has a problem, an even more of a concern. If you do have a family member make sure to get them to a drug rehabilitation clinic right away. You don’t want to have them end up in an even worse situation because of your inability to cope with the concern.

Music Influence You?

That is an astounding yes. Lets say you are driving and you choose techno/rap/rock on your dial instead of classical. Did you know you have a 75 percent chance of speeding in that scenario? Granted, there are many people who would speed anyway but the core concern here is that music affects you in many ways (sometimes in ways you don’t even know). You should keep an eye on it because if you are falling into a depression like state, the type of music you listen to can be affecting you in ways that you didn’t think it would and even make you fall deeper in depression. Keep that in mind next time your in the car and want to listen to some tuneskies.

Carry Your Own Maple Syrup

I was recently watching Seinfeld and I saw Jerry take his own maple syrup to restaurants. What an enlightened experience!! I didn’t even realize there were such complex forms of maple syrup out there. Apparently, there are 4 main grades of maple syrup. They range from Vermont Fancy, Grade A Medium Amber, Grade A Dark Amber, and Grade B. Apparently, pancake enthusiasts die by Grade B. I am not sure but I think that it would be a fantastic idea for me to go and try some out. I figure, at the least, I will be more exposed to a fancier version of breakfast and, dare I say it, be a maple syrup connoisseur. That would be the day my friend….

Do Somthing You Enjoy

Lets make sure that in the near future you are doing something that you enjoy. Here is the biggest mistake people make when thinking about what they want to do. You don’t want to do something that you will also loose your shirt over. If you are doing something that you somewhat enjoy, you need to make sure that your thought process of your job is different. Enjoy the job and the people you work with and at the end, you will be at your dream job without having to move anywhere. And, you will be able to show that you enjoy your job and increase your pay by increasing your job requirements.

Being Proactive

There is much talk in the business side of being proactive in your relation with customers. However, I am referring to being proactive with your life. I have stated that it is important to live in the now but it is also important to make sure that you are doing everything you can to ensure that you are doing as much as you can in the now. This would include self driven motivation and provide for others. Again, this state of providing for others is an opportunity for you to be helpful to others. Why should someone take your positive outlook if you cannot portray it in a positive manner? Making sure that is done is also key to being proactive in your approach with others.

New Attorney General: Mukasey

Okay, not yet but I think it looks like a good shot for Mukasey to take Alberto’s place as an attorney general. Leahy has even provided information that said he is willing to accept him as the new attorney general based on questions he had asked him. I think the biggest concern for congress (and it should be) is that Mukasey can independently run along side the executive branch and not under it as they had been. They are looking to address the issues with warrant less roving wiretaps and developing a cohesive approach to address the concerns that congress has with the executive branch. With a lacking justice department congress had been crippled. Now, they should be able to get information about the concerns that their bosses have (which happen to be the American people. Who would have guessed!).
